Shipping

  • We charge a variable shipping fee depending on the weight and value of the item, which is calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

  • On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location - typically 7 - 8 working days.

  • We only partner with the most reliable logistics companies, to ensure your parcel reaches you in the stipulated time.

  • For your convenience, we currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option and hence expect you to keep the delivery date in mind and be available at the time. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. If for some reason you are not available, we request you to leave the cash with someone to ensure smooth delivery and unnecessary delays.

Cancellation

  • If you would like to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us in info@daleandco.in

Returns

  • If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, please email us at info@daleandco.in within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

  • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at info@daleandco.in along with an image of the damaged item. Please note that since all our items are handcrafted, minor imperfections may exist. We believe this only adds to the beauty of our products.

  • Since we are accepting only Cash on Delivery (COD) payments currently, refunds can be processed only via bank transfer. We would require the following bank details - Name, Address, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank Name and Bank Branch Address to be emailed to us. We refund the amount minus INR 200/- (adjusted towards shipping & COD charges) in your bank account within 10 days of receiving the returned package.

  • Return packages should be sent to I - 13 Maharani Bagh, New Delhi - 110065, India.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable and reliable shipping service. Refund process will start only after we receive the returned product and validate the return.

  • Items to be returned must be unused and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: outer protective plastic bag, item box, tag, protective foam and wrapping. Any items that have been damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.​​

  • We do not process any exchanges currently. If you would like to return an item and purchase another from our online store, you will have to do so seperately.
